Dr. Jill Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years of specialized training and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Dr. Sullivan graduated summa cum laude with High Honors in Psychology from the University of Michigan and completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Sullivan is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. While on staff, Dr. Sullivan served as the Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for the federally funded STAR*D (Sequenced Treatment Alternatives to Relieve Depression) study, designed to systematically evaluate treatment options for patients with treatment-resistant depressive disorders. Dr. Sullivan developed manualized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups to increase patients’ access to skill-based interventions for management of depression and anxiety. Dr. Sullivan has taught at the graduate level for eight years, and continues to serve as CBT Supervisor and Clinical Mentor for Northwestern University trainees.

Dr. Brad Saks is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is the owner of Chicago’s North Shore Center for Weight Management.

As an Instructor at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Dr. Saks teaches classes and delivers workshops on a variety of subjects related to behavioral counseling for lifestyle medicine. Dr. Saks has authored two chapters for the American Medical Association in Roadmaps for Clinical Practice: Case Studies in Disease Prevention and Health Promotion: A Primer for Physicians. Dr. Saks is a Diplomate in Cognitive Therapy, Board Certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and is a member of the American Psychological Association's Division for Health Psychology and Addictive Behaviors, the Obesity Society, and the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies.

JoAnn Richi is a Licensed Professional Counselor, behavioral health consultant, freelance writer and the Director of Clinical Services at Advanced Consulting and Treatment, LLC.

Ms. Richi has over 25 years of clinical experience as a psychotherapist in private practice treating adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. Ms. Richi is an anxiety and trauma specialist whose areas of expertise include depression, generalized anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma. Ms. Richi utilizes her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systematic Desensitization, Trauma Focused CBT, and EMDR to successfully help her clients overcome extreme emotional pain due to anxiety-based psychological issues. Ms.Richi is a former columnist for The Arizona Republic and continues to publish widely.
